disorganized check-inbroken light
The check-in felt disorganized. It took a while to get a working key card. i mentioned it was for a birthday, and they said they would decorate the room but there was nothing. later, around 12:30 am, the led strip light wouldn't turn off. staff offered a free drink instead of fixing it. I needed sleep. ultimately, i had to pack and move to another room in the middle of the night due to that light. so annoying

The room provided sufficient space. It included a well-stocked kitchenette (i found it particularly useful). The location was convenient to public transport.
The dryer in the laundry room did not fully dry my clothes after several cycles. Staff said they would address it, but no repair occurred. Waits were often lengthy.

A Fantastic Short Stay

I found fresh milk in the fridge. This was a very nice touch. The layout of the room, it includes a kitchen diner with excellent facilities. The furniture was useful, convenient, and comfy. Staff were polite and helpful.
The coffee machine dripped dirty water out. I flushed it many times, but the problem persisted.
